1. 教育学 、社会科学、公共政策、管理学等对高等教育研究感兴趣的人员；

2. 有较强的科研能力、写作能力和团队合作精神；

3. 熟练掌握英语听说读写，能全职在校进行研究工作（不招收在职博士后）；

4. 年龄在35周岁以下，身体健康。

5. 博士毕业不超过2年。

待遇：按照清华大学博士后管理办法执行。

1. Major either in pedagogy, social sciences, public policy or management, and is interested in universities/higher education research.

2. Excellent team spirit with capability in research and writing；

Required Skills:

1. Excellent command of English, full-time employment needed;

2. In good health with age under 35 years old;

3. Receiving the doctor's degree no more than two years.
